LEA notifies Seton Academy that they have a referral or potential referral
Pre-admission material, which may include IEP, special education records, assessments, etc., are received by Seton Academy
Parent contacts Seton Academy to arrange interview Parent/s meet with Headmaster while prospective student meets with social worker
Appropriateness of referral is considered by family & Seton Academy staff
If student is appropriate for admission, a PPT meeting is convened to set admission date & review academic and social/emotional goals & objectives. Seton Academy staff must be present at this meeting.
Informal inquiries are welcome. Parent or LEA can request a visit to Seton Academy to learn about our program. A visit may include meeting with staff, receipt of an information packet, and a tour of the facility.
