• Therapeutic groups designed to teach skills necessary for appropriate school, social, and family functioning
• Evaluation of individual psychosocial and educational needs
• Individual and group counseling as it relates to the reintegration process
• Assistance with referrals to community support services for the continuance of care

The program provides mental health services in which a variety of therapeutic modalities are utilized. Each student is evaluated by a social worker who determines individual social, emotional and educational needs for the reintegration process. Therapeutic activities are integrated into the student's academic day. Individual counseling is geared toward facilitating the reintegration process. We offer groups designed to teach skills necessary for appropriate school, social, and family functioning. Clinicians are also available throughout the day to assist students who may require additional support.

Families participate in the development and implementation of plans that assist the student in reaching his/her goals. Students and families requiring additional services that cannot be provided by Seton Academy may be referred to a provider of their choice. Such services may include intensive individual and/or family therapy, medication, or specialized treatment (i.e., eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders). These services are not considered costs of the program.
